What is Hazop?
Hazop, or a
Hazard and Operability Study, is the systematic way of identifying hazards in
the workplace. It can be applied in any industries such as chemical, energy and
processing industries.
Why HAZOP?
Hazard andOperability Study is used as part of a Quantitative Risk Assessment or
standalone analysis. The purpose of HAZOP is to investigate the system design
intent and create risk for personnel and operability problems.
